Late Kameshwar Prasad Singh was Deputy Collector in Bihar. He was born in village Pranawan, Sarmera, Nalanda, Bihar in 1922. He was one of the fourteen successful candidates, who qualified for 1st Bihar Civil Services Examination in 1948. He departed from earth planet in 1965. While he was on duty. He was so honest that his Bank Balance was Rs- '0' at the time of his death. His honesty and motive have been a continuous source of inspiration for us. Hats off to you paa.
